Christmas 2013

My Visiting Teaching partner made this house for my family.  It was very delicious and she even hid more treats inside the house.
Dewey made this one in school with his class.
Once again, Santa stopped by the McBride Christmas party.  Hallie has gotten so tall and looks pretty big on Santa's lap.  A lot has changed in 10 years.  :)
Dewey is also a tall kid.
This is where Hank hung out while the rest of the kids sat on Santa's lap.  He wanted nothing to do with him.  :)
All of the Will and Kathy McBride grandkids.
We also had a Packer family party.  I had to take this picture of Hercule's sitting straight up.  He looked pretty funny!
All of the cousins had a gift exchange.

Our elf Ernie came back to check on the kids.
The kids were very excited in their new Christmas Eve jammie's.
Christmas morning finally came and Dewey got the BB gun he had been asking for.
Hallie got some basketball shoes and she also wanted a hula hoop.

Sean loves when I take his picture Christmas morning.  Here he is holding his new griddle.  He wasn't to excited because I had bought him the wrong one.  Ha ha.
Hank got a switch and go dino.

Grandpa Diaz came over to eat breakfast with us.  We missed Grandma Diaz because she had to work.
I made Kathy her yearly calendar that she always wants.  Notice Hallie's face.  This was her pose in all of the Christmas pictures.
We also got Will and Kathy a big rug to place outside of their camper.
We also got my parents a rug for their camper.  What can I say?  We are a family of camper's.  My family is all ready talking about going camping.
Sean and I.  We may be making a little fun of Hallie's new pose.  :)
Here is all of the girls in the Packer family.
One of the cutest little babies ever!
Brandee took this beautiful picture of my Mom and me.  :)
Last but not least, my big brother David.  This is the best smile he could give me.  We had a great Christmas, but as usual, it went too fast!

Principal's Award

Dewey recently received the Principal's Award for his class.  Every month, Mr. Wilson honors 1 student from each class.  Dewey has worked really hard this year to be a good student and become a good reader.

Brace Face

Hallie was so excited to finally get her braces on.  Here she is before.
Preparing the teeth for the brackets.
Since I work for Dr. Hillam, I was able to put her braces on.  I didn't work this day or else I would have been wearing scrubs.
Hank had fun watching.
 Here she is afterwards.

Once we were in the car, she had to take some selfie's of herself.  After the first night, Hallie was wondering why she had thought that braces were so cool.  :)  We are now a month into it and she is getting use to them.

Halloween 2013

We carved pumpkins with the kids.  Hank's was a scary face, Hallie's was a ghost and Dewey's was a scull and crossbones.

I got to help out in Dewey's class for the Halloween party.

The kids school had a Halloween parade through all of the classroom's.
Hank also had a party for preschool, but he wasn't about to let me get a picture of it. :)  Here they are ready to go trunk or treating.
Dewey was really excited about the chaps that we were able to borrow.
Hank was excited for the candy.
Hallie loves to pose.  One day she will look back and wonder what she was doing.  :)
This has nothing to do with Halloween, but Hank went through a little phase where he wanted to wear a hat to bed.  Something only his Mom and Dad can appreciate.

Jackson Hole in the Fall

Last Saturday we took a little family trip to Jackson Hole.  We wanted to show the kids all of the fall colors.
We walked around and went into some of the shops.  All of the animals in this store were for sale.  This bear just happened to be $28,000.  Yikes!!
We stopped to get a family picture with the Teton's behind us.

This was outside a photography museum that was a little more than we wanted to spend.  So, we hung out outside the museum and looked at their statue's.
Dewey didn't want to get on this moose, but Sean made him.  He was trying not to cry and laughing at the same time.  We told him he could get down as soon as we took a picture. :)  We had a fun day as a family and the drive was so pretty.
